Common use of Amendment to Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement. The definition of “Termination Date” contained in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such definition in its entirety and restating such definition as follows:
