Common use of Amendment to Section 1.1 of Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 1.1 of Credit Agreement. Section 1.1(a) of the Credit Agreement is amended by deleting the reference therein to “October 24, 2016” and inserting “October 24, 2017” in lieu thereof.
