Common use of Amendment to Section 11.5 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 11.5. Subsection 11.5(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting “and” at the end of Subsection 11.5(b)(xx), (b) replacing “.” at the end of Subsection 11.5(b)(xxi) with “; and” and (c) adding a new Subsection 11.5(b)(xxii) to read as follows:

Amendment to Section 11.5. Subsection 11.5(b) Section 11.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting “and” at the end each of Subsection 11.5(b)(xx), 11.5(a) and Subsection 11.5(b)(vii) in their entirety and replacing them with “(a) [Reserved].” and “(vii) [Reserved];” respectively and (b) deleting Subsection 11.5(b)(viii) in its entirety and replacing “.” at it with the end of Subsection 11.5(b)(xxi) with “; and” and (c) adding a following new Subsection 11.5(b)(xxii) to read as follows:11.5(b)(viii):
