Common use of Amendment to Section 14 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “January 6, 2006” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “January 20, 2006”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “January 620, 2006” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “January 20February 3, 2006”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “January 6February 3, 2006” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “January 20February 17, 2006”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “January 6December 23, 20062005” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “January 206, 2006”.
