Common use of Amendment to Section 14 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “December 9, 2005” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “December 23, 2005”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “December 915, 20052004” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “December 23November 4, 2005”.

Amendment to Section 14. Section 1.4 of the Forbearance Agreement is hereby amended to delete the date “December 9November 18, 2005” where it appears therein and insert in substitution therefor the date “December 239, 2005”.
