Amendment to Section 2.17 of the Credit Agreement. (e) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the phrase “whichever of the following is applicable” at the end of Section 2.17(e) (immediately before clause (i) of such Section) and replacing it with “any or all of the following which is applicable” and (b) amending and restating clause (i) of Section 2.17(e) in its entirety as follows: “duly completed copies of Internal Revenue Service Forms W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E, claiming eligibility for benefits of an income tax treaty to which the United States is a party and/or allowing for payments to be made without withholding due to the applicability of FATCA,”.
