Common use of Amendment to Section 2.3(a) Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 2.3(a). Section 2.3(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing “TWO HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS ($200,000,000)” with “THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($375,000,000)”.

Section 2.3(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing deleting the reference to “TWO HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS ($200,000,000)” with “THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY FORTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($375,000,00045,000,000)” and replacing it with “SIXTY-FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($64,500,000)”.
