Common use of Amendment to Section 2.3(a) Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 2.3(a). Section 2.3(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the reference to “FORTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($45,000,000)” and replacing it with “SIXTY-FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($64,500,000)”.
