Amendment to Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement. Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending and restating paragraphs (a) and (b) in their entirety to read as follows:
Amendment to Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement. Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following immediately after clause (c) of such section:
Amendment to Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement. Section 2.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following phrase at the end of the third sentence thereof: “; provided that in addition to any such request for a redetermination, the Borrowing Base will be automatically reduced immediately upon any mandatory prepayment becoming due under Section 2.7(f) (other than the prepayments with respect to the Kitty Asset Sale and the Anticipated JIB Reimbursements) by the amount of such mandatory prepayment.”
