Common use of Amendment to Section 3.12 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 3.12. Section 3.12 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new sentence immediately following the second sentence thereof: “The proceeds of the Tranche C-5 Term Loans and the Tranche C-6 Term Loans will be used (i) to fund the transactions described in clauses (f), (g) and (h) of the definition of the term “Transactions” and/or (ii) for general corporate purposes.”

Amendment to Section 3.12. Section 3.12 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new sentence immediately following the second third sentence thereof: “The proceeds of the Tranche C-5 Term Loans and the Tranche C-6 C-7 Term Loans will be used (i) to fund the transactions described in clauses (f), (g) and (h) of the definition of the term “Transactions” repay Revolving Loans and/or (ii) for general corporate purposes.”
