Common use of Amendment to Section 4 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 4. The second sentence of Section 4 of the Employment Agreement, entitled “Term” is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows: “The expiration date of the Term of the Agreement is hereby extended to December 31, 2016.”
