Common use of Amendment to Section 4.6 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 4.6. Section 4.6 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting each reference to the term "First Amendment Closing Date" appearing therein and inserting in lieu thereof the term "Second Amendment Closing Date".

Amendment to Section 4.6. Section 4.6 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting each reference to the term "First “Third Amendment Closing Date" ” appearing therein and inserting in lieu thereof the term "Second “Fourth Amendment Closing Date"”.
