Common use of Amendment to Section 5 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 5. 5. Section 5.5 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with the text that follows so that, as amended, Section 5.1 of the Agreement shall read as follows:

Amendment to Section 5. 52. Section 5.5 5.2 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with the text that follows so that, as amended, Section 5.1 5.2 of the Agreement shall read as follows:

Amendment to Section 5. 51. Section 5.5 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with the text that follows so that, as amended, Section 5.1 of the Agreement shall read as follows:
