Amendment to Section 501 of the Base Indenture. Solely as it relates to the Notes, clause (4) of Section 501 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “or” and (ii) adding “provided that such notice may not be given with respect to any action taken, and reported publicly or to Holders, more than two years prior to such notice; provided further that the Trustee shall have no obligation to determine when or if any Holders have been notified of any such action or to track when such two-year period starts or concludes; or” at the end of (4) thereof.
