Common use of Amendment to Section 5.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 5.01. Section 5.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word “and” at the end of clause (f) thereof, (b) delete the period at the end of clause (g) thereof and substitute in its place a semicolon, (c) delete clause (d) and substitute in its place the following “[reserved];” and (d) add the following new clause (h) at the end of said Section 5.01:

Amendment to Section 5.01. Section 5.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to by (ai) delete the word deleting “and” at the end of clause (fe) thereof, (bii) delete the period deleting “.” at the end of clause (g) thereof and substitute in its place a semicolon, (c) delete clause (df) and substitute in its place the following replacing it with “[reserved];; and” and (diii) add the following adding a new clause (hg) at the end of said Section 5.01to read as follows:

Section 5.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word “and” at the end of clause (fh) thereof, (b) delete replace the period at the end of clause (gi) thereof and substitute in its place a semicolon, (c) delete clause (d) and substitute in its place the following with “[reserved];; and” and (d) add the following insert new clause (hj) at the end of said Section 5.01as follows:

Section 5.01 of the Credit Agreement hereby is hereby amended to (a) delete by deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause paragraph (fi) thereof, by deleting paragraphs (a), (b) delete the period at the end of clause (g) thereof and substitute in its place a semicolon), (c) delete clause and (dj) thereof, and by adding the following as new paragraphs (a), (b),(c), (j), (k) and substitute in its place the following “[reserved];” and (d) add the following new clause (h) at the end of said Section 5.01:l):
