Common use of Amendment to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6. 02. Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of Section 6.01(i), deleting the period at the end of Section 6.02(j) and replacing it with “; and”, and adding the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafter:

Amendment to Section 6. 021. Section 6.02 6.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " which appears at the end of Section 6.01(iparagraph (a), (ii) deleting the period at from the end of Section 6.02(jparagraph (b) and replacing it with “; and”, and (iii) adding the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafter:paragraph (c):

Amendment to Section 6. 029. (i) Clause (f) of Section 6.02 6.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of such provision and (ii) clause (g) of Section 6.01(i), 6.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of Section 6.02(j) such provision and replacing it with inserting the following: “; andand (h) the Restructuring, including the transactions contemplated by, or incidental to, the Cost Sharing Agreement.”, and adding the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafter:

Amendment to Section 6. 021. Section 6.02 6.1 of the each Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting (i) adding the word “"and” " at the end of Section 6.01(i), deleting the period at the end of Section 6.02(jparagraph (g) and replacing it with “; and”, (ii) deleting paragraphs (h) and adding (i) and substituting therefor the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafterfollowing:

Amendment to Section 6. 0202 of the Credit Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) inserting the word "and" after the semicolon in the last line of clause (e) of such Section, (b) deleting the word “and” at the end of Section 6.01(i), deleting the period at the end of Section 6.02(j) and replacing it with “phrase "; and”, " from the last line of clause (f) of such Section and adding the following new Section 6.02(kinserting in lieu thereof a period and (c) immediately thereafter:deleting paragraph (g) of such Section.

Amendment to Section 6. 02. Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting to delete the word “"and” " at the end of Section 6.01(i), deleting subsection (f) thereof; to replace the grammatical period at the end of Section 6.02(jsubsection (g) and replacing it thereof with “"; and”, "; and adding to add the following new Section 6.02(ksubsection (h) immediately thereafterthereto:

Section 6.02 6. 1.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “"and” at the end of Section 6.01(i)" appearing immediately after clause (i) thereof, by deleting the period at the end of Section 6.02(jappearing immediately after clause 0) thereof and replacing it with “; inserting in lieu thereof and”, " and adding by inserting the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafter:clause (k):

Amendment to Section 6. 0205. Section 6.02 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting (i) to delete the word “"and” " immediately after clause (c) thereof; (ii) to delete the period (".") now appearing at the end of Section 6.01(i), deleting the period at the end of Section 6.02(jclause (d) and replacing it with “substituting the phrase "; and”, " therefor; and adding (iii) to insert the following new Section 6.02(kclause (e) immediately thereafterafter clause (d) thereof:

Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting (i) inserting the word “and” at the end of Section 6.01(i)clause (k) thereof, (ii) deleting the period semicolon and the word “and” at the end of Section 6.02(jclause (l) thereof and replacing it with “; and”inserting a period in lieu thereof, and adding the following new Section 6.02(k(iii) immediately thereafter:deleting clause (m) thereof in its entirety.

Amendment to Section 6. 0205. Section 6.02 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by restating paragraph (e) in its entirety, deleting the word “and” at the end of Section 6.01(ithe existing paragraph (k), deleting replacing the period at the end of Section 6.02(jthe existing paragraph (m) and replacing it with “; and”” and inserting a new paragraph (n), and adding the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereaftereach to read as follows:

Amendment to Section 6. 0205. Section 6.02 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word “"and” " immediately after the semicolon in paragraph (k) of such Section, (b) deleting the "." at the end of paragraph (l) of such Section 6.01(i), deleting and substituting in lieu thereof the period at the end of Section 6.02(j) and replacing it with “text"; and”" and (c) adding a new paragraph (m) to such Section, and adding the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafterto read in its entirety as follows:

Section 6.02 6.09 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word “"and” " in the twenty-seventh line and substituting in lieu thereof a comma and (b) adding at the end of Section 6.01(i), deleting thereof and immediately prior to the period at the end of Section 6.02(jfollowing: "and (ix) the foregoing shall not apply to any prohibitions, restrictions and replacing it with “; and”, and adding conditions contained in the following new Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafter:documentation governing a Permitted Receivables Financing."
