Common use of Amendment to Section 6.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word “and” at the end of clause (i) thereof, (b) delete the period at the end of clause (j) and substitute in its place the following “; and”, and (c) add the following new clause (k) at the end of said Section 6.01:

Amendment to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word “"and” at the end of " immediately preceding clause (iii) thereof, and to replace such word with a semi-colon and (b) delete the period at the end of clause (j) and substitute in its place the following “; and”, and (c) add the following new clause (kiii) at the end of said Section 6.01:thereof.

Amendment to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to by (ai) delete deleting the word “and” at from the end of clause (i) thereofk), (bii) delete deleting the period at from the end of clause (jl) and substitute in its place substituting therefor a semicolon and (iii) adding the following “; and”, and (c) add the following new clause (k) at the end of said Section 6.01thereof:

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete by deleting the word “and” at the end of the existing clause (i) thereofo), (b) delete replacing the period at the end of the existing clause (jp) and substitute in its place the following with “; and”, ” and (c) add adding the following new clause (ksection 6.01(q) at the end of said Section 6.01:

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to by (ai) delete deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (ip) thereof, (bii) delete replacing the period at the end of clause (jq) and substitute in its place the following thereof with “; and”, ” and (ciii) add adding immediately after the end of clause (q) thereof the following new clause (k) at the end of said Section 6.01:r):

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word “"and” " at the end of clause subsection (ig) thereof, (b) delete ; to replace the grammatical period at the end of clause subsection (jh) and substitute in its place the following “thereof with "; and”, "; and (c) to add the following new clause subsection (ki) at the end of said Section 6.01thereto:
