Common use of Amendment to Section 7.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 7.01. Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (t) thereof, adding “and” at the end of clause (u) thereof, and adding a new clause (v) thereto as follows:

Amendment to Section 7.01. Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (tp) thereof, adding “and” (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (uq) thereof, thereof with “; and” and (iii) adding a the following new clause (vr) thereto as followsto such section:

Amendment to Section 7.01. Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby shall be amended by deleting to (a) delete the word “and” at the end of clause (t) thereof, adding “and” at the end of clause (u) thereof, (b) amend and adding restate the “.” at the end of clause (v) thereof with “;” and (c) insert a new clause (vw) thereto which shall read in full as follows:

Amendment to Section 7.01. Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (tu) thereof, adding “and” at the end of clause (uv) thereof, adding new clause (w) thereto, and adding a new paragraph after clause (vw) thereto as follows:

Amendment to Section 7.01. Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (tf) thereof, adding “and” at the end of (ii) re-lettering clause (ug) thereof, as clause (h) and adding a (iii) inserting the following new clause (vg) thereto as followsimmediately after clause (f) thereof:
