Common use of Amendment to Section 7.06 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 7.06. Section 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting “and” from the end of clause (l), (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (m) with “; and”, and (iii) inserting the following new clause (n):

Amendment to Section 7.06. Section 7.06 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting (ia) deleting the “and” from the end of clause (l), (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (mc) with “; and”thereof, (b) deleting clause (d) thereof in its entirety and (iiic) inserting the following new clause clauses (n):d) and (e) as follows:

Amendment to Section 7.06. Section 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting “and” from the end of clause (l), (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (m7.06(d) with the phrase “; and”, and (iii) inserting by adding the following new clause (n):e) to the end of said Section 7.06:

Amendment to Section 7.06. Section 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the “and” from and the end of clause (lb), (ii) replacing the period “.” at the end of clause (mc) with “; and”, ” and (iii) inserting adding the following as a new clause (nd):

Section 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting “and” from the end of clause (l), (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (ma) therein; (ii) replacing “.” at the end of clause (b) therein with “; and”, ; and (iii) inserting the following new clause (n):c) at the end thereof:

Amendment to Section 7.06. Section 7.06 (Transactions with Affiliates) of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting clauses (id) deleting and (e) therefrom, by adding the word “and” from the end of before clause (lc), (ii) replacing the and by adding a period at the end of clause (m) with “; and”, and (iii) inserting the following new clause (n):c).

Amendment to Section 7.06. Section 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” from at the end of clause (l)i) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (mj) thereof with “; and”, ;” and (iii) inserting at the following new clause (n):end of such Section:
