Amendment to Section 7.6 of the Credit Agreement. Section 7.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Amendment to Section 7.6 of the Credit Agreement. Section 7.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting “and” at the end of clause (c) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of clause (d) thereof and inserting a semicolon in lieu thereof, (c) deleting the period at the end of clause (e) thereof and inserting “; and” in lieu thereof, and (d) inserting the following new clause (f) immediately after clause (e):
