Amendment to Section 7.7 of the Credit Agreement. Section 7.7 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the “and” following clause (j), deleting the “.” at the end of clause (k) and inserting “; and” in lieu thereof, and adding the following new clause (l) reading as follows:
