Amendment to Section 8.1(a). The final paragraph of Section 8.1(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the first sentence of such paragraph and the following sentence shall be substituted in its place: “The calculation of investment income and the IMR income components of the actual pre-tax income for 2004-2006 shall be based on an assumed net annual yield of 5.91%, 5.85% and 5.81%, respectively.
