Common use of Amendment to Section 9 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 9. 2.5(xii). Effective as of the date hereof, the text of Section 9.2.5(xii) of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the phrase “[INTENTIONALLY OMITTED]”.
