Amendment to Shareholders Agreement. 1. The Shareholders Agreement is hereby amended to add Eastern Air Lines, Inc. as an `Investor' to the Shareholders Agreement.
Amendment to Shareholders Agreement. Shareholders of Buyer that are parties to the Shareholders Agreement and that, collectively, are sufficient to pass an amendment to the Shareholders Agreement have, on or before the date hereof, executed and delivered to Buyer and the Selling Shareholders the Shareholders Agreement Amendment, which shall automatically become effective upon the Closing.

Lodzinski and V & C Energy Limited Partnership, and (ii) prxxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxer with evidence that such Shareholders' Agreement has been circulated to each other party thereto requesting their signatures.
