Form and Substance. All documents, certificates, insurance policies, and other items required under this Agreement to be executed and/or delivered to Lender shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender and its legal counsel.
Form and Substance. All documents, certificates, Insurance Policies, and other items required pursuant to the provisions of this Loan Agreement or any other Loan Document to be executed and/or delivered to Lender shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.

Wherever pursuant to this Agreement, Lender exercises any right given to it to approve or disapprove, or any arrangement or term is to be satisfactory to Lender, the decision of Lender to approve or disapprove or to decide that arrangements or terms are satisfactory or not satisfactory shall, except as otherwise provided herein, be in the sole discretion of Lender and shall be final and conclusive.
Form and Substance. All documents, certificates, insurance policies, and other items required under this Agreement to be executed and/or delivered to Bank shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Bank, in Bank’s sole and absolute discretion.
Form and Substance. The form and substance of all certificates, instruments, opinions, and other documents delivered to Target under this Merger Agreement shall be satisfactory in all reasonable respects to Target and its counsel.

All Insurance shall (a) be in such form and substance, in such amounts, and with such company or companies licensed to do business in the State of Florida as are satisfactory to Landlord; (b) name as insureds Tenant, Landlord, and Landlord's mortgagee(s) (if any); (c) include a mortgagee clause in standard form if there are any such mortgagees; (d) require notice of any cancellation or change to be sent to Landlord at least 30 days before such cancellation or change, or, if such 30-day notice period is generally unavailable, such lesser notice period as is generally available from time to time; and (e) provide that the loss, if any, shall be payable to Landlord.
Form and Substance. All documents, certificates, and other items required under this Agreement to be executed and/or delivered to the Lenders shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Lenders.
Form and Substance of requests for assistance
1. Requests pursuant to this Protocol shall be made in writing. Documents necessary for the execution of such requests shall accompany the request. When required because of the urgency of the situation, oral requests may be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing immediately.
2. Requests pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article shall include the following information:
(a) the applicant authority making the request;
(b) the measure requested;
(c) the object of and the reason for the request;
(d) the laws, rules and other legal elements involved;
(e) indications as exact and comprehensive as possible on the natural or legal persons being the target of the investigations;
(f) a summary of the relevant facts and of the enquiries already carried out, except in cases provided for in Article 5.
3. Requests shall be submitted in an official language of the requested authority or in a language acceptable to such authority.
4. If a request does not meet the formal requirements, its correction or completion may be demanded; the ordering of precautionary measures may, however, take place.
