Common use of Amendment to Subsection 1.03 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection 1.03. Subsection 1.03 of the Existing LC Facility is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “generally accepted accounting principles consistent with those” and substituting in lieu thereof “GAAP applied in a consistent manner with that”.
