Common use of Amendment to Subsection 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection 7. 6. Subsection 7.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following new subsection 7.6:

Amendment to Subsection 7. 68. Subsection 7.6 7.8 of the Credit --------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection clauses (iii) and (iv) in its their entirety and inserting substituting in lieu thereof the following new subsection 7.6following:

Amendment to Subsection 7. 61(a). Subsection 7.6 7.1(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety 7.1(a) and inserting substituting, in lieu thereof thereof, the following new subsection 7.6following:

Amendment to Subsection 7. 69. Subsection 7.6 7.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and inserting substituting in lieu thereof the following new subsection 7.6to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Subsection 7. 62. Subsection 7.6 7.2(i) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following new subsection 7.6:7.2(i): (i) Subordinated Indebtedness of the Borrower in an amount not to exceed $150,000,000."
