Amendment to Subsection 7. 27. Subsection 7.2 7.7 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" and at the end of clauses "paragraph (e)"f) thereof, (b) relettering clause "deleting the period at the end of paragraph (g) thereof and substituting a semi-colon and (c) adding thereto the following new paragraphs (h) and (i):

Amendment to Subsection 7. 21. Subsection 7.2 7.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" and at the end of clauses "paragraph (e)"a) thereof, (b) relettering clause by adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (b) thereof and (c) by adding a new paragraph after paragraph (b) to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Subsection 7. 21. Subsection 7.2 7.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting adding the word "and" and at the end of clauses "(e)", paragraph (b) relettering clause "thereof and (ii) deleting paragraph (c) of such subsection in its entirety.
