Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. 9(m). Subsection 9(m)(i)(x) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

Amendment to Subsection. 9(m8.1(c). Subsection 9(m)(i)(x) 8.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (c) of such subsection in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the followingfollowing new paragraph:
