Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. Subsection 8.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (i) thereof, (ii) redesignating the current paragraph (j) thereof paragraph (k) and (iii) inserting a new paragraph (j) which will read as follows:

Amendment to Subsection. 8.3. Subsection 8.6 8.3 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (ik) thereof, (iib) by redesignating the current paragraph (jl) thereof as paragraph (n) and (c) by adding two new paragraphs after paragraph (k) and (iii) inserting a new paragraph (j) which will to read in their entireties as follows:

Amendment to Subsection. 8.4 of the Credit Agreement. (a) Subsection 8.6 8.4(i) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph said subsection. (ib) thereof, Subsection 8.4(j) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of said subsection and inserting in lieu thereof a semi-colon followed by the word "and". (b) Subsection 8.4(i) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of the clause and inserting in lieu thereof a semi-colon followed by the word "and". (c) Subsection 8.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph (i) thereof, (ii) redesignating in the current paragraph (j) thereof paragraph (k) and (iii) inserting a new paragraph (j) which will read as followsproper alphabetical order:
