Amendment to the Commitment Schedule. The Commitment Schedule attached to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with the Commitment Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Amendment to the Commitment Schedule. Effective on and as of the Amendment Effective Date, the Commitment Schedule is hereby deleted in its entirety and the Commitment Schedule attached hereto is inserted in its entirety in lieu thereof.
