Amendment to the Common Definitions and Provisions Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Date, but subject to the satisfaction of the condition precedent set forth in Section 9 below, clause (F) of the definition of “Event of Default” in Article 1 of the Common Definitions and Provisions Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
