Amendment to the Credit Agreement. Upon the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 4 hereof, the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following new defined terms in proper alphabetical order:
