Common use of Amendment to the Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to the Existing Credit Agreement. In consideration of the mutual covenants in this Amendment, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders agree that the Existing Credit Agreement is, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3, hereby amended on the Restatement Effective Date (as hereinafter defined) in its entirety to read as set forth in Appendix I hereto.
