Amendment to the Flow Servicing Agreement Clause Samples

Amendment to the Flow Servicing Agreement. The Flow Servicing Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in Appendix A hereto with respect to the Specified Mortgage Loans. The rights and obligations under the Flow Servicing Agreement assigned to the Depositor and the Assignee pursuant to this Agreement shall be under the Flow Servicing Agreement as amended as set forth in Appendix A.
