Common use of Amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Section 3 hereof, but effective as of the date hereof, Section 5(b) of the Restructuring Support Agreement shall be amended as follows: (a) by replacing the reference to “September 24, 2019” in subsection (xvii) thereof with a reference to “October 11, 2019”; (b) by replacing the reference to “October 4, 2019” in subsection (xix) thereof with a reference to “November 1, 2019”; (c) by replacing the reference to “October 30, 2019” in subsection (xx) thereof with a reference to “November 14, 2019”.

Amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Section 3 hereof, but effective as of the date hereof, Section 5(b) of the Restructuring Support Agreement shall be amended as follows: (a) by replacing the reference to “September 24, 2019” in subsection (xvii) thereof with a reference to “October 11, 2019”; (b) by replacing the reference to “October 4November 1, 2019” in subsection (xix) thereof with a reference to “November 122, 2019”;; and (cb) by replacing the reference to “October 30November 14, 2019” in subsection (xx) thereof with a reference to “November 14December 5, 2019”.

Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Section 3 hereof, but effective as of the date hereof, Section 5(b) of the Restructuring Support Agreement shall be amended as follows: (a) by replacing the reference to “September 24August 13, 2019” in subsection (xvii) thereof with a reference to “October 11, 2019”; (b) by replacing the reference to “October 4, 2019” in subsection (xix) thereof with a reference to “November 1, 2019”; (c) by replacing the reference to “October 30, 2019” in subsection (xx) thereof with a reference to “November 14September 10, 2019”.

Amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent specified in Section 3 hereof, but effective as of the date hereof, Section 5(b) of the Restructuring Support Agreement shall be amended as follows: (a) by replacing the reference to “September 2410, 2019” in subsection (xvii) thereof with a reference to “October 11September 24, 2019”; (b) by replacing the reference to “October 4, 2019the date that is ninety five (95) calendar days from the Commencement Date” in subsection (xix) thereof with a reference to “November 1October 4, 2019”; (c) by replacing the reference to “October 30, 2019the date that is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the Commencement Date” in subsection (xx) thereof with a reference to “November 14October 30, 2019”.
