Common use of Amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to the Restructuring Support Agreement. (a) Section 4(g) of the Restructuring Support Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following: no later than October 13, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court shall have entered an order authorizing the assumption of this Agreement (the “RSA Assumption Order”);
