Common use of Amendment to Transaction Documents Clause in Contracts

(ii) All references to “Warrants” shall be amended to include additionally the Warrants as defined in this Agreement. (iii) All references to “Warrant Shares” shall be amended to include additionally the Warrant Shares as defined in this Agreement. (iv) The defined term “Transaction Documents” is hereby amended to include this Agreement.
