Amendment to Trust Document for Successor Trustee. The Committee may appoint a successor Trustee by securing from the successor Trustee an amendment to this Trust Agreement, executed by both the successor Trustee and an authorized representative of the Committee, which replaces the current Trustee with the successor Trustee, appointing such successor Trustee, and by delivering to the removed or resigning Trustee an executed copy of the amendment. Such appointment shall take effect upon the date specified in the amendment.
