Amendment Upon Withdrawal of General Partner. If this Agreement shall be amended to reflect the withdrawal, removal, bankruptcy, assignment of all of the general partner Interest of the General Partner, or any event described in Section 17-402(a)(6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11) or (12) of the Act where the General Partner shall cease to be a general partner of the Partnership when the business of the Partnership is being continued, such amendment shall be signed by the withdrawing General Partner (and the General Partner hereby agrees to do so) and by the successor General Partner.
