Common use of Amendment, Waivers and Assignment Clause in Contracts

Amendment, Waivers and Assignment. This Contract may be amended in whole or in part only by the express written agreement of the parties hereto. No waiver of any provision of this Contract shall be implied, and no waiver shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the party waiving its rights. No waiver of any breach of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this Contract shall be construed as or held to be a waiver of any other breach, or a waiver of, acquiescence in, or consent to, any further or succeeding breach hereof. The Contractor may not assign its rights under this Contract without the prior written consent of the, and any attempt to do so shall be a breach of this Contract and shall be void.
