Amendment, Waivers and Terminations of Organization Documents. Directly or indirectly, consent to, approve, authorize or otherwise suffer or permit any amendment, change, cancellation, termination or waiver in any respect of the terms of any Organization Document of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, other than amendments, changes and modifications that are not adverse in any material respect to the Parent, any of the other Loan Parties, any Subsidiary thereof, the Administrative Agent or the Lenders.
