Amendments and Accommodations Sample Clauses
The Amendments and Accommodations clause establishes the process by which changes or exceptions to the original agreement can be made. Typically, it requires that any modifications, whether to terms, deadlines, or obligations, must be agreed upon in writing by all parties involved. This ensures that any adjustments are formally documented and mutually accepted, preventing misunderstandings or disputes over informal or unilateral changes. Its core function is to maintain clarity and control over the contract’s terms, ensuring that all parties are aware of and consent to any alterations.
Amendments and Accommodations. At Seller’s request, Buyer shall agree to amend this Agreement to include any provision that may reasonably be requested by an existing or proposed Financing Party or provide separate accommodations as may be reasonably requested by an existing or proposed Financing Party; provided, however, that the foregoing undertaking shall not obligate Buyer to materially change any rights or benefits, or materially increase any burdens, liabilities or obligations of Buyer, under this Agreement (except for providing such notices and additional cure periods to Financing Parties with respect to Seller Events of Default as an existing or proposed Financing Party may reasonably request).
