Amendments and Binding Effect. 8.1 This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by a written instrument signed by the Corporation and the Trustee. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the assigns and the successors of the parties to this Agreement. 8.2 The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Delaware.
