AMENDMENTS AND CESSIONS. 11.1 This Agreement constitutes the whole and entire agreement between the parties and no stipulation, promise, warranty, representation or condition which is not recorded herein shall be binding on the CONTRACTOR unless same is reduced to writing and signed by or on behalf of all parties.
