Amendments and Changes. 21.1 GSB may, if there is a change in Legal Requirements and/or a change in the regulations, transport, connection and trading terms and conditions at the TTF and/or the TSO system, and/or at its reasonable discretion, but in any event upon reasonable Notice in accordance with Article 21.2, change the terms of this Agreement.
