Amendments and Modifications to this Agreement. (a) Subject to paragraphs 7.2(d) and (e), the amendment or modification of any part of this Agreement or the addition of any provision to this Agreement, including a new appendix, must be approved by the Board.

The Appendices to this Agreement may be modified or amended only by an instrument in writing, signed by both Parties. Once the amendment or modification has been accepted it shall be attached to this Agreement.
