AMENDMENTS AND NON-WAIVER. This Agreement, including this Article 19, may only be changed or amended by a written agreement signed by a Company Corporate Officer and the Executive. A waiver by the Company of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the Executive is not to be construed as a waiver of any other current or subsequent breach.
