AMENDMENTS AND PARTIAL INVALIDITY. 16.1 Changes to this Pledge Agreement and any waiver of rights under this Pledge Agreement shall require written form. 16.2 If any provision of this Pledge Agreement is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Pledge Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The Pledge Agreement shall, however, thereafter be amended by the parties in such reasonable manner so as to achieve, without illegality, the intention of the parties with respect to that severed provision.
