Amendments and Supplements Affecting Owner Trustee. If in the opinion of the Owner Trustee any document required to be executed pursuant to the terms of Section 11.1 hereof affects any immunity or indemnity in its favor under this Trust Agreement or any of the Basic Documents or increases its duties or obligations hereunder or thereunder, the Owner Trustee may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
